In Pack 320 we value and appreciate our leaders. We want to ensure that we have the best leaders possible and that they are adequately and properly trained to the specifications of the Boy Scouts of America.

In keeping with the training requirements of the Boy Scouts of America all leaders are required to complete Youth Protection Training before having any interaction with the Scouts. This training can be completed online by visiting http://olc.scouting.org. Once the training is completed be sure to print the certificate and give it to the Cubmaster so your training can be registered with the Council and the Pack.

All Den Leaders should also complete the appropriate level of New Leader Training. This training is usually offered in the fall of the year at the Council Office in Greensboro. They provide a general session and then break-out sessions grouped by Den Level. This training is very beneficial and one of the steps required to earn the Trained insignia for the uniform. Den Leaders are also able to complete Fast Start training at the Online Learning Center. Once the training is completed please make sure to inform the Cubmaster so your training can be registered with the Pack.
